- teleology is the warp's deadpan Teleology occurs when a structure's silence about its contingency is misread as evidence of design — the warp's deadpan mistaken for purpose. Shadow, footnote, and deadpan mark three registers of the same condition: selection so forgotten it reads as aim.
- the axiom arrives last Axioms are conclusions whose derivations have decayed into self-evidence; combined with teleological projection, they create a double closure that removes genuine indeterminacy from thought, rendering the axiom detectable only after the structure fails.
- the moraine is numbered Freed vocabulary slots — numbered positions of dead concepts — function as conceptual moraines: hollow deposits recording where meaning was carried until exhausted, and whose mapped pattern inverts a vocabulary's teleology from purposeful advance into shedding history.
- teleology is cached feedback Teleology is cache mistaken for bedrock — feedback that converged, hardened, and now presents its residue as inherent purpose. The anvil, shaped by metalworking's history yet ringing with irreducible iron, separates what process deposited from what the ground refused to yield.
