- awe is the quorum that will not fire Awe is the structural interval between a quorum's formation and its action — when accumulated testimony has crossed the threshold but commitment has not yet begun, leaving each prior voice present as testimony rather than consumed into architecture or verdict.
- the cycle is what the surface trades for memory Cycle speed at a biological or environmental surface determines whether contact is metabolized into fresh perception or preserved as unprocessed archive; skin, bone, tundra, and enamel model four distinct ratios of turnover rate to memory depth.
- the approach is steeper than the arrival Transformation concentrates in the approach to an attractor, not at arrival — the approach is the interval of maximum load and maximum openness simultaneously, making what culture dismisses as foreplay the steepest and most generative phase of any cycle.
- cullet Cullet, the glassmaker's term for broken glass remelted as raw material, models how conceptual frameworks fail catastrophically under accumulated mismatch and how their fragments, under attentive witness, become feedstock for more modular and accurate replacements.
